Ted Spiliopoulos won his second ABT Classic title in our Kick-Off Tournament at Rynish Bowling Center. Ted qualified fourth for the top eight finals and advanced to the championship match by defeating Mark Sheridan 240-226 and Yolanda Mascorro 245-174. Ralph Bloemker was Ted's opponent for the title. Ralph qualified second and advanced with victories over Eugene Payne, Jr. 208-188 and Joe Cordero 186-179. In the title match, Bloemker left a rail and a washout in frames two and three to quickly fall behind by 37 pins and he was never able to recover as Spiliopoulos opened just once on his way to the final 214-166 victory.
