Robert Finder won his first ABT Masters
title by defeating Harvey Lee 223-189 at Fairhaven Lanes.
Jim Kedroski opened the stepladder finals by
defeating Ron Nord 230-172. Kedroski then eliminated Don Czyznik 179-161
before falling to Robert Finder 228-203. In the title match Robert Finder
squared off against top seed Harvey Lee and at the end of frame seven the
match was dead even. Harvey opened in frame eight while Robert spared to
take the lead. Robert then strung a four-bagger in the ninth and tenth
frames to put the mach away by the final score of 223-189.
Champion's Profile: Robert Finder is a technical architect for Hewitt
Associates. He has been bowling for ten years and bowls leagues at Deer
Park, Hawthorn, and 3D Lanes. High high game is 299 and he has a 787 high

London at Deer Park Lanes. Robert thanked Amanda Culp for convincing him
to bowl this week, Mark London for working with him on his equipment, and
all his friends for their support. Robert had no immediate plans for his
winnings saying he was still in shock that he won.
