Becky Rakowski won her third ABT Classic title by defeating Al Legan 281-183 at Lakewood Bowl. Al Legan was trying to go from fifth to first and he started his climb with a 225-217 win over Stephen Bennet Jr. Next up for Al was Sam Getta who fell 197-147. In match three Al survived a 9th frame open to hold off Michael Aramburu 226-217. In the title match Becky Rakowski uncorked the best game of her life as she easily outdistanced Al Legan 281-183. Champion's Profile: Becky Rakowski is 49 years old and employed as a bookkeeper. She is married to Jeff and they have three children: Dave, Sandy, and Tom. Becky has been bowling for 30 years and currently bowls league at Arlington Lanes. She has a high game of 242 and a 600 high series to her credit. Becky was rolling a Brunswick Inferno drilled by GW Gregg. She credits her husband Jeff and her son Dave as having helped her with her game. Becky thanked the ABT and Lakewood Bowl for having the tournament along with her husband Jeff for buying her a new ball. She said her winnings would be used to buy something for her house. Becky also said that she has been a member of the ABT for six years now and she loves the club. congratulations Becky!
