*** Radtke Wins Second
title ***
|
Scott Radtke won his second ABT title by
defeating Paul Kaboskey 183-155 at Lakeside Lanes.
In match one of the stepladder finals Curt
Schmidt defeated Dean Mueller 238-220. In match two Paul Kaboskey defeated
Curt Schmidt 206-139. In match three Kaboskey defeated Don Dahm 203-181 to
advance to the title match against top seed Scott Radtke. With the
championship pair breaking down quickly both bowlers struggled in the
title match but in the end it was Radtke with just enough to pull out the
victory over Kaboskey 183-155.
Champion’s Profile: Scott Radtke is
28 years old and employed as a dealer at Potawatomi Casino. He is married
to Bridgid and they are the proud parents of one-month-old triplets, Rylee,
Shay, and Jorden. Scott has been bowling for 25 years and currently bowls
at Classic Lanes in Greenfield. His high game is 300 and he has a high
series of 802 to his credit. Scott was using a Bully and a Jekyll drilled
by Joe Cerar Jr. at the Bowlers Pro Shop. He thanked his wife for her
support and the staff from the Bowlers Pro Shop for their help. Scott said
his winnings would be used for the ‘new arrivals’. He thanked the ABT for
running the tournament and said “See you next week at Rolling Meadows”.
congratulations
Scott!
