***  Stok Wins at AMF Classic ***

Shaun Stok won his second ABT title by defeating Michael Bell 178-166 at Dolton Bowl. In match one of the stepladder finals Eddie Kimble defeated Al Legan 201-134. In match two Joel Middleton defeated Eddie Kimble 221-204. In match three Shaun Stok defeated Joel Middleton 198-161 to advance to the championship match against top seed Michael Bell. The title match was close with Shaun holding a 7-pin lead after 8 frames. Michael missed a single pin spare in the 9th frame making it easier for Shaun who stayed clean in the last two frames to win by the final score of 178-166.

Champion’s Profile: Shaun Stok is 23 years old and employed as a truck driver. He has been bowling for 5 years and bowls league at Stardust III in Dyer, Indiana. Shaun has a perfect game to his credit and a 769 high series. He was using a Track Shear Havoc drilled at Lincoln Lanes. Shaun said that Brandon Mens and other friends have helped him to improve his game. He thanked the ABT, Dolton Bowl, and Andy Holubiak. Shaun said his winnings would be used for some new equipment.
