Vince Banks won his third ABT title by defeating Stan Culp 286-201 at Stardust III. In match one of the stepladder finals Stan Culp defeated John Brown III 202-186. In match two Stan Culp defeated Mark Szmergalski 218-201. In match three Stan Culp defeated Stephen Hiatt 235-185 to earn his shot at top seed Vince Banks. Vince never missed the pocket in the championship match and only a 7-pin in the 4th frame kept him from a perfect game as he cruised to the final 286-201 victory. Champion’s Profile: Vince Banks is 47 years old and employed as a cab driver in Dallas Texas where he now lives. He has 3 children, Matthew, Johnathan, and Rodderick. Vince has been bowling for 36 years and has a high game of 300 and a796 high series to his credit. He was using a Storm USA and a Storm Spare drilled at the Tom Wicker Pro Shop.
