The championship match was close with Sheldon leading by just 7 pins after 8 frames. Disaster then struck for Mark as he opened in the last 2 frames allowing Sheldon to cruise to the 204-187 victory. Champion’s Profile: Sheldon Mathis is 64 years old and retired. He is married to Candy and they have 2 sons, Tony and Terry ages 7 and 9. Sheldon has been bowling for 45 years and bowls league at Parkside Lanes in Aurora. He has a high game of 299 and a 769 high series to his credit. Sheldon was using a Storm Flash Force drilled by Rich Moores at Players Corner Pro Shop inside Parkside Lanes.
